2024 Internship program
We're kicking off 2024 with a new digital internship program and applications are now open. Come and be part of a small but mighty digital product design team, learn some career defining skills and gain valuable real-world experience in the digital and design industry.
We're RDC, we design human-centred digital products for some of Australia's largest organisations - and a couple of global ones too! You'll be working with & supporting us on these pieces of work & across our internal projects.
This isn't an "ordinary" internship - we see it as a two-way street. You'll be given the same responsibility as our full-time designers and will be an integral part of the team. You'll be thrown into the deep end (with support of course) because that is the best way to learn. You will be fairly compensated for the role, and will gain invaluable hands-on experience that you won’t learn in a classroom or from studying online.
The internship will cover multiple aspects of the business and you'll be working across the following areas:
* User Research
* Human Centred Design
* Business admin
* Marketing
* Web & Digital Design
* Strategy, Development & a bunch more...

What the FAQ?
Do I need to be studying or at Uni?
No, we encourage anyone with an interest in the design & digital industries to apply. We'll assess each application individually.
I don't have any experience in UX, Design or Digital, can I still apply?
Absolutely. Hard work beats talent every day of the week.
Is this a paid internship?
Yes, this is a paid internship. No-one should be working for free. Always secure the bag.
Can I do this from home?
No. You're going to get the most out of this by being in the office with us, learning, observing and getting involved.
I don't live in Australia, can I still apply?
Currently we're only able to accept applications from Australian citizens, Permanent residents & those with rights to work in Australia.
